Located in the heart of Sydney's Chinatown, Dynasty Karaoke is one of the most prestigious entertainment function venues combining karaoke, private rooms, lounge bar, live sports bar, restaurant and electronic darts all into one venue. Showcasing 13 private VIP rooms equipped with a state of the art touchscreen karaoke and audio/visual system, and an open lounge area accommodating more than 100 people, featuring a stunning stage with a large 4.6m x 2.1m LED screen. Customers can also indulge in our wide selection of fine wine, whiskey, champagne, and cocktails, or experience our modern Chinese mouth-watering delicacies from our kitchen. TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

By accessing or using Dynasty Karaoke's services and facilities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

​

  1. Operating Hours: Dynasty Karaoke is open 7 days a week, with different operating hours on different days:

    Monday to Thursday: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM
    Friday to Sunday: 5:00 PM to 4:00 AM Please note that operating hours on Public Holidays are subject to availability.
     

  2. Last Drink Order:
    The last order for drinks will be at 3:00 AM. After this time, no further drink orders will be accepted.
     

  3. Booking Deposit:
    A booking deposit is required for bookings on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. The deposit is non-refundable. In case of changes or cancellations, the deposit can be transferred as store-credit.
     

  4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    If you cancel your booking or fail to show up within 24 hours of the booked time, the deposit will be voided, and no refund will be provided.
     

  5. Timely Arrival:
    If you have made a booking, it is essential to arrive within 30 minutes of the booked time. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
     

  6. Security Bond:
    For all bookings, a security bond is required upon arrival. The minimum amount for the security bond is $50 in cash, along with one identification card. If you fail to comply with any conditions or rules set by Dynasty Karaoke, the security bond will not be refunded. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave under the Liquor Act 2007-Section 77.
     

  7. Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited inside the venue:
     

  • Bringing your own alcohol (BYO) is not allowed.

  • Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the venue.

  • Damaging any parts of the venue may result in additional charges.

  • Vomiting in the venue will incur an extra cleaning fee.
     

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING COVID-19: The health and safety of staff and customers are of utmost importance. In line with global efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19, entry restrictions may apply, and the management reserves the right to refuse entry to patrons showing related symptoms.
 

By using the services and facilities of Dynasty Karaoke, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with any of the mentioned terms may result in the cancellation of your booking, forfeiture of the deposit or security bond, refusal of entry, or being asked to leave the premises.
