Terms & Conditions

 

By accessing or using Dynasty Karaoke's services and facilities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. Operating Hours: Dynasty Karaoke is open 7 days a week, with different operating hours on different days:

    Monday to Thursday: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM
    Friday to Sunday: 5:00 PM to 4:00 AM Please note that operating hours on Public Holidays are subject to availability.

     

  2. Last Drink Order:
    The last order for drinks will be at 3:00 AM. After this time, no further drink orders will be accepted.

     

  3. Booking Deposit:
    A booking deposit is required for bookings on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. The deposit is non-refundable. In case of changes or cancellations, the deposit can be transferred as store-credit.

     

  4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    If you cancel your booking or fail to show up within 24 hours of the booked time, the deposit will be voided, and no refund will be provided.

     

  5. Timely Arrival:
    If you have made a booking, it is essential to arrive within 30 minutes of the booked time. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.

     

  6. Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited inside the venue:
     

  • Bringing your own alcohol or food (BYO) is not allowed.

  • Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the venue.

  • Damaging any parts of the venue may result in additional charges.

  • Vomiting in the venue will incur an extra cleaning fee.

  • 18+ Venue,  ID must be presented.

 

By using the services and facilities of Dynasty Karaoke, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with any of the mentioned terms may result in the cancellation of your booking, forfeiture of the deposit or security bond, refusal of entry, or being asked to leave the premises.
